The Strategic Advisory Council serves three primary purposes: 1) to connect Impact Austin with community leaders to strengthen and diversify our membership and grantmaking; 2) to solicit input from community leaders to help support the mission, vision, and values of Impact Austin; and 3) to make recommendations to Impact Austin's Board of Directors on strategy and outreach. Members of the Strategic Advisory Council are not required to be Impact Austin members.

Nominations Procedure:

• Nominations must be submitted by Thursday, July 1, 2021.

• Nominations will be reviewed and approved by the Strategic Advisory Council.

• Nominees will be notified of the results of their nomination by Sunday, August 1, 2021.

• If accepted, members will serve a two-year term with the option to renew for an additional year.
