Spotlight on the 9 Nonprofits Advancing to Site Visits for 2025 Grant Review

From 150 organizations vying for Impact Austin's 2025 grants, three Grant Review Committees (GRCs) first chose 17 for deep dive review and have now named the 9 nonprofits advancing to for site visits. In June, Impact Austin will award $294,000 in primary and secondary grants across the Community, Education, and Health & Well-Being focus areas. Congratulations to the organizations advancing to the next stage of review, and thanks to all that applied.

Community GRC
24 members serve on the Community GRC led by Co-Chairs Lisa Glenn and Ann Kasper, with Advisor Margaret von Flatern and Shadow Karen Bantuveris. They received 50 applications for funding.

Education GRC
20 members reviewed 37 applications for Education Grants. This GRC is led by Co-Chairs Amanda Farmer and Roberta Rincon, Advisor Elaine Jensen, and Shadow Nicole Halder.
