While every Annual Meeting is our most popular Signature Event, this year's is special for many reason. We'll name 20 that come quickly to mind. Women celebrate - Nearly 30 years ago, Sondra Shaw Hardy and Martha Taylor identified 6 C’s as the inspiration for women’s giving. One of those is celebrate! Change out of those yoga pants and get ready to have FUN with your philanthropy!
Honor our legacy. Impact Austin was born in 2003. Since that first year of recruiting members and designing a grant program, generous donors and dedicated volunteers have built our 20-year legacy with more than $8 million in community impact.
There's something new! Annual Meeting is a long-time tradition, but this year we're gathering in a new location: the Long Center for the Performing Arts! Catch those skyline views as you enter the opening reception in the Kodosky Donor Lounge (mezzanine level). The main program will be in the Rollins Studio Theatre on the ground level. What fun to celebrate in a new space!
Camaraderie - Leave Zoom behind! Greet old friends, re-connect with those you only see online, and meet someone new. Enjoy the special friendships made while giving back together.
It's culture-building. As we reflect on a year of fund-building, grantmaking, learning, and volunteerism, we witness our philanthropy in action. This is the culture of Impact Austin.
Girl power - Girls Giving Grants will be in the house! Leaders of Impact Austin's youth initiative will announce their 2023 grant recipient and they'll unveil their new logo!
New members and networks - For everyone who joined during FY 2023, this is a great opportunity to see Impact Austin in action! Even long-time members will enjoy networking during the opening reception.

Meet nonprofit heroes. They're otherwise known as our grant finalists, and they'll join our opening reception to meet members and tell us more about their work.
