BOARD MEMBER NOMINATION

Impact Austin is currently accepting nominations for our Board of Directors.

 

New Board members are expected to:

  • Be a current Impact Austin member

  • Serve a 3-year commitment with an optional 2-year extension

  • Attend monthly Board meetings and ad-hoc special meetings

  • Serve on at least one Board Standing Committee (Advancement, Finance, Governance, People, Strategic Planning)

  • Make an additional financial commitment to operations and the endowment fund

Please use the form below to nominate yourself or another individual to the board. Nominations will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and nominees will be contacted with 7-10 business days from the date their nomination is received. If you have questions or want more information, please send an email to contact@impactaustin.org
